This league was formerly named the “Charity” league; and will be called the “Games” league going forward.

Briefing

Run ‘til You Drop is a dog’s-choice point accumulation game, that features a bit of a time gamble. The dog earns points for taking obstacles in the order and direction of his own choosing. The dog has 40 seconds to accumulate points. The game begins as the dog crosses the start line and ends when the dog performs the teeter. To put a finer point on it… when the plank of the teeter hits the floor, time will end.

If the dog drops the teeter before course time elapses, then all accumulated points are doubled. If the plank drops after the expiration of time the dog will keep all points without any bonus.

The value of scoring obstacles:

  • 1 point for jumps
  • 3 points for tunnels and tire
  • 5 points for the A-frame

Note that the teeter has no value.

The A-frame can be taken only twice for points. Back-to-back performances are allowed. Jumps that are knocked down will not be reset, and will have no subsequent value.

Run ‘til You Drop is scored Points, Then Time.
