March 2021 50×70 Fast and Fun Results

The competition is fierce in this league! Here are the results for the 50×70 Fast & Fun League. Seven clubs have reported results for this League for March. Dirty Dogs did not run this month.

We continue using “historical” courses. These are courses that have been played before. The efforts of dogs playing in March earn Lifetime Performance Points (LPP), as the historical performances are ranked with the new performances. The LPP is a measure of rank.

50×70 Fast & Fun March 2021 Results

The March 2021 50×70 Fast & Fun league was a numbered course designed by Christina Wakefield back in October 2017. Christina is the Captain of AQ4U’s Fast and Furryous. A Numbered Course is scored Time, Plus Faults.

Top Dog

The Top Dog of all the clubs reporting in March is from the second-place team, AQ4U’s Fast & Furryous out of Brooks, Kentucky. Biz, an Australian Shepherd handled by Beth Henderson, finished this course with zero faults in 22.55 seconds. WOW!

First-Place Team – 1435 LPP

The first-place team in March is Agility Dream Dogs out of Albion, New York. The top scoring dog was Lucy, a Shetland Sheep Dog handled by Barb Kiefer, finished this course with zero faults in 23.23 seconds:

Second-Place Team – 1375 LPP

AQ4U’s Fast & Furryous out of Brooks, Kentucky was our second-place team. Biz, an Australian Shepherd handled by Beth Henderson, finished this course with zero faults in 22.55 seconds.

Third-Place Team – 1321 LPP

K9 Powersports out of Grand Junction, Colorado was our third-place team. Trebuchet the Papillon, handled by Geoff Teare, finished the course with zero faults in 24.03 seconds:

Fourth-Place Team – 1234 LPP

K9cation out of Hudson, Colorado was our fourth-place team. Jasper, a Chocolate Labrador, and handler Shana Goodwin. Jasper finished the course with zero faults in 25.25 seconds:

Fifth-Place Team – 1067 LPP

The fifth-place team in March is from Cloud Nine in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The top scoring dog was Asher, a Miniature Schnauzer handled by Susan Weyrauch. They finished the course with zero faults in 29.84 seconds:

Sixth-Place Team – 521 LPP

The sixth-place team in March is from the All Breed Training Club of Akron in Tallmadge, Ohio. The top scoring dog was Savvy, a Toller, handled by Cindy Fink. They finished the course with 5 faults in 31.88 seconds:

Seventh-Place Team – 452 LPP

PAWS4FUN just joined the league this month. They are warming up to take on the other clubs in the Spring Season. They are based in Kemptville, Ontario, Canada. Their Top Dog, SmartAlec, is a Dalmation handled by Annalisa Percy. They finished the course with zero faults in 41.05 seconds:

Spotlight Dog of the Month

Our spotlight dog of the month is Duchess, a Bernese Mountain Dog handled by Debbie Carpenter. They run for K9cation in Hudson, Colorado. They finished the course with zero faults in 41.88 seconds. Duchess was having fun!
