36×85 Fast & Fun May 2019 Results

The second month of the NDAL 36×85 Fast & Fun league Spring series featured a Looper:


A Looper is a simple sequencing game, a numbered sequence that is run twice, without stopping. Like a numbered course, a Looper is scored Time, Plus Faults.

The competition for the 36×85 Fast & Fun Spring series has turned into a virtual three-way tie.

Moving from third-place to first place, and winning the May competition Country Dream Agility out of Waterford, Ohio moves ahead in the Spring series by a single point. The top scoring dog for Country Dream and Top Dog for May was Kory, a Border Collie handled by Bud Houston. Kory and Bud finished the Looper with zero faults in 29.43 seconds:


Second and third places for the series are a tie.

The second-place team for the month, Dog Ranch Inc out of North Gower, Ontario holds on to second place in the Spring series. The top scoring dog for Dog Ranch in May was Dante, a German Shorthaired Pointer handled by Gail Docherty. Dante and Gail finished the Looper with zero faults in 33.1 seconds:


The third-place team for the 36×85 Fast & Fun Spring series was K9 Manners & More out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, moving them out of their first-place finish in April. The top scoring dog for K9 Manners in April was Flicka, a Border Collie handled by Frances Scriminger. Flicka and Frances finished this course with zero faults in 32.27 seconds:


Worth Watching

Matrix Dog out of Westminster, Colorado had a fine showing in May, and demonstrated that they will contend for this league over time. The top scoring dog for Matrix Dog, Jett, a Border Collie handled by Jennifer Bailey. Jett and Jennifer finished the Looper with five faults in 26.14 seconds, placing second overall:


A New NDAL Club

We are proud and pleased to welcome a new NDAL franchise: Sport Dogs Jalisco, out of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

The top scoring dog for Sport Dogs Jalisco was Kiara, a Border Collie handled by Jackeline Barba. Kiara and Jackeline finished the Looper with 5 faults in 32.34 seconds:
