I need to publish a primer on league play. I think many people are expecting it to be an arduous and complicated process to get started. But it’s really as simple as 1) set up the course & run it; 2) send in your results. Consequently the new club is in the league, and is a franchise owner.
I’ll get started on that primer right away.
